Digital Marketing Assistant
Job Description:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will directly support the General Manager in a wide variety of digital marketing efforts. If you have a passion for digital media, enjoy learning new software, and have an eye for design and creativity, we can train you on the specific tools and platforms we use.

- Bi-lingual a plus but not required

- Attention to detail a must! OCD is welcomed!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- Comfortable with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus
- Experience with video editing software is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for interior design a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining and updating the company website (content, products, promotions, etc.)
- Manage and create content for social media platforms
- Assist with Google Ads management and optimization
- Support email marketing campaigns, including building and scheduling emails
- Design ad copy and creative assets for digital and print advertising
- Help with reputation management by monitoring and responding to online reviews
- Assist in video production and editing for social media and marketing campaigns
- Participate in content planning meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Design and update in-store signage, flyers, and promotional materials
- Manage and update content for digital billboards
- Ability to adhere to company policies
- Dress in a professional manner
- Remain up-to-date on product information and current industry trends
- Able to walk up a flight of stairs several times per day and lift and move small items
Work Schedule
- Work is on-site, no Remote work
- Work 20-30 hours per week and during some sale events
- Ideal Schedule is Monday-Wednesday 930-230, Thursday 830-230. Other days scheduled in advance.
- During special sale events and all of November (our busiest month) you will be required to work more.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Depends on Experience. $12 to $25/hour
- No prior experience with ability to quickly learn new software/platforms: $12/Hour to start. Raises as you prove reliable and learn our systems.
- Prior Furniture Retail experience in digital Marketing with references: $25 Hour
