As we advance Thacker Pass —the largest known lithium reserve in the U.S.—we’re looking for a Mine Manager to join our team and help drive operations forward.
In This Role, You Will:
· Oversee third-party contractors during construction & operations
· Lead open-pit mining strategy and production planning
· Drive performance on cost, safety, and sustainability
· Align operations with environmental standards & company values
What We’re Looking For:
· 8+ years in mine operations leadership
· Strong open-pit and project management experience
· A safety-first mindset and collaborative leadership style
