As we advance Thacker Pass —the largest known lithium reserve in the U.S.—we’re looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our team and help drive operations forward.
In This Role, You Will:
· Plan & schedule maintenance activities
· Scope jobs, coordinate parts & labor
· Track KPIs, optimize reliability
· Collaborate cross-functionally (supply chain, supervisors, contractors)
What We’re Looking For:
· 3–5 years in process maintenance planning
· CMMS (SAP/S4 HANA) experience
· Strong technical & communication skills
· Proficiency in MS Office + reading P&IDs
